Summary

This white paper takes a step forward towards people’s subconscious mind and highlights top five mental barriers they face in an organization for conscious quality and recommends solutions to overcome these barriers. Thus bringing individuals to the point where delivering value perpetually becomes a habit & build an organization culture where people “breathe” quality in all their actions, they are fervent about excellence as a personal worth rather than simply following diktat from the management.
